Col de' Salici was founded in 1997 with the aim of producing top quality Prosecco wines with a unique taste, great personality and elegant packaging. Their Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG Vintage Brut is made from 100% Grola DOCG grapes, of which 50% are Valdobbiadene grapes and the rest from Pieve di Soligo and are Valdobbiadene grapes and Vittorio Veneto. This Brut sparkling wine has a sugar residual below 9 g per litre and to give more complexity and structure they have vinified a percentage of grapes selected with a chill skin maceration.
