Garage Project Garagista IPA

Garage Project Garagista IPA

  • Indian Pale Ale
  • New Zealand, 300ml

A wicked trio of hops that brings a large dose of pineapple, lime, and dark berries on the nose, a solid and stong, yet reasonably light-medium bodied malt structure on the palate to reinforce those hop characters all the way through to the finish.

  • Brewery: Garage Project
  • Type / Style: Indian Pale Ale (IPA)
  • Region: Wellington, New Zealand
  • Alcohol: 5.8%
  • Volume: 330ml
  • Vessel: Can
  • Enjoy with: Steak, barbecue ribs, burritos, fajitas, Mozzarella sticks, Gorgonzola cheese, Mexican food

Brewed and double dry hopped with New Zealand, Australian and US hops, resulting in tropical, resin and pine flavours.

Two brothers, a best friend and an old, run down converted petrol station was all it took to catapult The Garage Project into the popular craft beer scene. When Pete, Jos and Ian started it wasn’t even micro-brewing- it was nano-brewing- but the most important thing to them was to have fun, which they still do with every single batch. No matter if they are brewing 50 litres or thousands, they are always willing to try something new, exotic or quirky to excite your taste buds.

These craft brothers are relentlessly experimental, and whether they are up in the hills of Wellington collecting wild flowers to ferment, coming up with new ways to brew old classics, or testing out their latest surprising flavour combinations on willing participants, they will always be a magnet for craft beer enthusiasts and lovers of long yarns.
