Its distinctive floral style is shaped by exceptional Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, where chalk-rich soils bring remarkable freshness and finesse. Belle Époque represents the pinnacle of this philosophy, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in near-equal proportions, complemented by a delicate touch of Pinot Meunier. Fruit from six emblematic Champagne crus, including Cramant, Avize, Chouilly and Mailly, contributes elegance, depth and complexity. Extended cellar ageing allows the wine to develop extraordinary harmony while preserving its signature floral purity.

Special Features

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Cocoon Gift Box brings together three defining expressions of luxury: exceptional Champagne, artistic heritage and innovative sustainable design. The prestigious cuvée showcases the finesse of Grand Cru Chardonnay alongside the structure of Pinot Noir, creating a beautifully balanced wine with remarkable freshness and ageing potential. Its instantly recognisable bottle features the delicate Japanese white anemones originally created for the Maison by celebrated Art Nouveau artist Émile Gallé in 1902, transforming each bottle into an enduring symbol of French elegance.

Equally remarkable is the innovative Cocoon Gift Box, an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional luxury presentation. Crafted from natural fibres, including FSC-certified paper pulp and vine cuttings, this remarkably lightweight protective casing weighs approximately 49 grams. Its sculptural, minimalist design reduces packaging materials while maintaining the refinement expected of a prestige Champagne. Together, the iconic bottle and thoughtfully engineered Cocoon create a distinctive luxury gifting experience that celebrates beauty, craftsmanship and respect for nature.

Recognition & Accolades

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque has earned outstanding recognition from leading international wine critics, reflecting the exceptional quality, elegance and consistency of this prestigious vintage Champagne.

95/100 Points – Falstaff (2016 vintage)

94/100 Points – James Suckling (2016 vintage)

94/100 Points – Wine Enthusiast (2016 vintage)

93/100 Points – Robert Parker Wine Advocate (2016 vintage)

93/100 Points – Decanter (2016 vintage)

95/100 Points – Wine Enthusiast (2015 vintage)

94/100 Points – James Suckling (2015 vintage)

93/100 Points – Robert Parker Wine Advocate (2015 vintage)

These accolades reinforce Belle Époque's reputation as one of Champagne's most distinguished prestige cuvées, admired for its remarkable finesse, expressive character and graceful evolution.

Food Pairings

The crystalline freshness and delicate floral character of Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque make it an exquisite companion for refined gastronomy.
