Amisfield's state-of-the-art purpose built winery is the focal point of their vineyard and produces 20,000 -30,000 cases of wine annually. Pinot Noir accounts for over 60% of the production with the balance made up of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chenin Blanc. Amisfield’s commitment to the environment isn’t only reflected in the harmonious way they craft their vintages; they’re an accredited and committed member of the Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand programme, which centres on a quality management system and environmental sustainability.
