Delivery and Returns
We use trusted third party companies to deliver your orders direct to your door. They deliver Monday to Friday, and sometimes Saturdays – but, unfortunately, we do not deliver on Public Holidays.
If you aren’t at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you. Please follow the instructions to arrange a new delivery time, or to collect the order from the depot.
Unfortunately due to liquor laws we are not able to leave your order if you are not at home at the time of delivery, even if you leave us special instructions to do so.
We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days in the major North Island city centres, 2-4 business days in the other major cities and 3-5 business days elsewhere.
So that you get the freshest-tasting beer, no compromises, we don’t keep all our craft beer in stock. Many craft beers are unpasteurised, which doesn’t have a long shelf life so we often order these beers direct from the brewery when we receive orders, so this may sometimes mean orders take 1-2 working days longer to get to you.
If an order has been damaged, or goes missing in transit, we’ll replace it or give you a refund, no worries. Please contact us, within two business days of your delivery date, if there are any issues with an order.
