Christmas/New Year & Covid-19 Notice: During this Christmas/New Year period and under the Traffic Light system, your order may take longer than usual to reach you or the receiver. Suppliers, couriers and our staff are doing their best to keep up with demand and staying safe during this time. The NZ courier networks are now at capacity. We will endeavour to fulfil your order within 1-2 business days of ordering and you will receive a confirmation email from us including a courier tracking link once the order has been fulfilled and awaiting the courier. Packages in transit with couriers may take 1-4 business days longer than normal (depending on area) during these periods and unfortunately likely into the New Year. We use trusted third-party courier companies to deliver your orders directly to you or the recipient. They deliver business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). Some couriers may deliver during weekends from time to time.

Please note that due to the couriers operating beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

We aim to fulfil orders within 1-2 business day. Whilst we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, once dispatched, as a guide, we would normally expect orders to be delivered within 1-2 business days to central Auckland, 2-3 business days to outer Auckland, 2-4 business days to the other North Island city centres, 3-5 business days to South Island city centres and an additional 1-2 business days for rural deliveries. 

Please note if you choose the Urban delivery option but the order is to a rural address, this may cause additional delays and charges.

We strongly recommend you provide a contact telephone number for you and the recipient, if not yourself, to help the courier with the delivery should there be any problems at the time of the delivery.

RETURNS

If an order has been damaged, or goes missing in transit, we’ll replace it or give you a refund, no worries. Please contact us, within two business days of your delivery date, if there are any issues with an order.
