Delivery and Returns
Covid-19 Alert Levels Notice: During Alert Levels your order may take longer than usual to reach you or the receiver. Suppliers, couriers and our staff are doing their best to keep up with demand and staying safe during this time. We will endeavour to fulfil your order within 1-2 business days of ordering and you will receive a confirmation email from us including a courier tracking link once the order has been fulfilled and awaiting the courier. We use trusted third-party courier companies to deliver your orders directly to your door. They deliver business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). Some couriers may deliver during weekends from time to time.
Please note we do not guarantee delivery times and dates and no refunds will be provided for orders that are delayed for any reason outside of our control, for example, courier delays.
If you aren’t at home at the time of delivery, a calling card may be left for you. Please follow the instructions to arrange a new delivery time, or to collect the order from the depot.
As we require a signature upon delivery, we are not able to leave your order if you are not at home at the time of delivery unless you provide us with written instructions to do so. You can do this in the NOTES & MESSAGE section when checking out or email us immediately after purchase. Please note however that we cannot be responsible for unattended orders.
We aim to fulfil orders within one business day. Whilst we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, once fulfilled, we expect orders to be delivered within 1-2 business days to urban Auckland, 2-3 business days to the other North Island city centres, 3-4 business days to South Island city centres and 3-5 business days elsewhere in New Zealand.
Please note if you choose the Urban delivery option but the order is to a rural address, this may cause additional delays and charges.
We strongly recommend you provide a contact telephone number for you and the recipient, if not yourself, to help the courier with the delivery should there be any problems at the time of the delivery.
If an order has been damaged, or goes missing in transit, we’ll replace it or give you a refund, no worries. Please contact us, within two business days of your delivery date, if there are any issues with an order.
