We started COVE 27 because we like a drink, but not just any old drink. And also because we believe life is too short, and time way too precious, to waste on pretty much anything – especially settling for an average drink, trying to guess what’s good just by the label or figuring out where to go to find the new and surprising bottles that really need to be experienced.

If you’re like us, you want to experience the extraordinary, in a bottle. The unconventional. The exceptional. And if at all possible, the rare, surprising and individual.

At our core, we want the freedom to pull more out of life, and insist on not settling for the same old, same old; we relish enjoying ourselves with like-minded people and are driven by a desire to stay curious – to try different things, discover the next favourite, have our own distinct style, live interesting.
