Elliot and Chris experimented with lots of infusions, some great, some not, but decided that Rhubarb was the perfect infusion offering a unique flavour that beautifully enhanced the Gin. Many factors lead them toward the balanced product that they have nurtured and are very proud of. Just sweet enough to be beautiful, smooth enough to be enjoyed on the rocks and enough alcohol to make it a proper drink with a colour that is true to the Rhubarb itself. When they decided to make a Vodka, they decided to infuse their wonderfully refined vodka with native bush honey from Potu peninsula, which added an incredible depth of flavour. Elliot and Chris then released their second gin, infused with fresh Nelson Boysenberry’s, the first boysenberry Gin the world has ever seen.
