Crafted in small copper pot stills and powered by solar energy, it balances bright citrus with floral, herbaceous notes and a delicate honeyed sweetness. Encased in its award-winning kina shell-inspired bottle, it embodies both island spirit and sustainable craft.

Tasting Notes & Experience

Citrus and juniper lead with a lively freshness, lifted by coriander, lemon myrtle and ginger spice. Floral hints and a soft thread of mānuka honey add balance. The palate is smooth, refreshing and delicately layered, finishing crisp with a gentle herbaceous lift.

Distilled in copper pot stills with solar power, it uses pure rainwater and foraged honey to craft a spirit of place. Its kina-inspired bottle, made in Auckland from recycled glass, reflects both sustainability and the rugged beauty of the island.
