Founded in 2007 by Zhang Wenquan, the estate has gained international recognition under the consultancy of Jean-Claude Berrouet, the legendary former winemaker of Château Pétrus. With meticulous vineyard work, hand harvesting and careful ageing in French oak, the winery crafts refined Bordeaux-inspired blends that showcase the remarkable potential of China’s emerging fine wine regions.

To survive the harsh Siberian winters, every vine is carefully buried beneath the soil by hand each year, an extraordinary labour-intensive practice rarely seen elsewhere in the wine world.
