Using advanced spinning cone technology, alcohol was gently removed from Sauvignon Blanc wine, preserving its intense aromas. This spirit was then double-distilled with juniper – and nothing else – to create a gin with genuine terroir. It’s the world’s first grape-based gin made from alcohol-removed Sauvignon Blanc, combining wine-making heritage with distilling creativity.
