Mermaid Gin

Isle of Wight Distillery, creators of Mermaid Gin, was founded in 2014 by Xavier Baker on England’s Isle of Wight. Inspired by the island’s natural beauty and maritime heritage, Xavier set out to create spirits that reflected both place and purpose. From the outset, the distillery has championed sustainability, transparency and local sourcing, operating with a strong environmental ethos that extends from production to packaging. Mermaid Gin is crafted in small batches using a blend of traditional and island-inspired botanicals, with juniper at its core, lifted by lemon zest, grains of paradise and hand-foraged rock samphire.
