Hand-picked fruit is wild-fermented in small batches and basket pressed, allowing the vineyard’s unique sandy ironstone soils and maritime climate to speak with purity and precision.

This flagship release is matured for 20 months in French oak, with 20% whole-bunch fermentation enhancing aromatic lift and savoury spice.
