Husk Distillers was founded by Paul and Mandy Messenger on their cane farm in Northern NSW, inspired by Caribbean rum traditions yet rooted in Australian terroir. Pioneering “farm-to-bottle” agricole rum, Husk crafts small-batch spirits from freshly crushed cane juice and cane honey, aged in a warm coastal climate for depth and authenticity.
