Each bottle is handcrafted with care in Ejutla, Oaxaca, using ancestral methods passed down through generations.

The agave used to create this mezcal is carefully cultivated for 8-10 years to reach the peak of its maturity, and then cooked in a conical earthen oven, ground with a tahona stone, naturally fermented in juniper vats, and distilled in a dish system - this meticulous process results in a mezcal that is both rich and complex in flavour. With an alcohol content around 50%, Marca Negra Espadín offers a smooth and sophisticated flavour profile, with fresh and clean aromas of ripe fruit, followed by notes of roasted fruits and a touch of citrus.
