First released in 2002, Homage is a tribute to the stony riverbed terroir of Gimblett Gravels and Trinity Hill’s pioneering work there. Hand-harvested parcels (including whole-bunch ferments and a touch of Viognier skins) are vinified separately with gentle plunging or pump-overs for purity and texture. Matured in fine French oak barriques and large ovals, then bottled with no fining and minimal filtration.
