Collection: The Glenlivet
The Glenlivet was founded in 1824 by George Smith in the remote Livet valley of Speyside. As one of the first legal distilleries after the Excise Act, The Glenlivet set the standard for what Speyside single malt could be—smooth, elegant and refined. Smith’s commitment to quality and consistency helped define the category and established The Glenlivet as a benchmark name in Scotch whisky. Drawing pure water from Josie’s Well and operating amid the gentle climate of Speyside, the distillery has balanced tradition with thoughtful innovation for two centuries. Today, The Glenlivet remains one of the world’s most recognised and respected single malt producers.

The Glenlivet single malts are celebrated for their smooth, fruity character and approachable elegance. Malted barley is distilled in tall lantern-shaped copper stills, encouraging lighter, floral spirit with clarity and finesse. Whiskies are matured primarily in American oak and selected European oak casks, developing notes of orchard fruit, vanilla and gentle spice without overt peat influence. The range spans classic age-statement expressions to innovative finishes and limited releases, all unified by balance and drinkability. The Glenlivet has received extensive international acclaim over decades, including numerous gold medals and trophies, consistently recognised for quality, consistency and craftsmanship. These are whiskies that exemplify Speyside style—refined, expressive and enduringly popular.
