WINE STORAGE (Auckland only)

Get your own personal, secure and temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar. Your wine is a valuable and treasured asset, too important to risk being spoiled by poor cellaring. Our Wine Storage service provides the ideal environment for long-term professional wine storage to help it mature to its full potential. Your wines will be stored at a stable temperature (typically 14°C, 15°C or 16°C (+ or - 1°C)), at moderate humidity levels (55%-75%) and out of the light. You can access your own private cellar anytime (24/7) using your own personal pin code and individually alarmed cellars are usually available upon request. COVE 27 offer this wine cellar service via one of the largest Self Storage Operators in Australasia who have two purpose built wine storage facilities, one in Central Auckland and the other on the North Shore of Auckland. Each location offers a range in space from 12 cases up to 200 case range for the larger collector including commercial business. The flexibility of size range allows any storer to move up and down in storage space at any time without fuss. Insurance options are available upon request and no long-term contracts are required.
