Deep ruby, very intense. On the nose, savoury and complex aromas of exotic spices, dark berries, dark cherry, Black Doris plums and floral notes. Hints of cocoa and leather. The palate is immensely dense, superbly weighted and concentrated with luscious black fruit flavours integrating with oak spice. The wine has an intense and yet silky fine tannin structure with great length.

Auntsfield continues the proud heritage of Marlborough’s first vineyard and winery established in 1873. Our Single Block wines display qualities distinctive to grapes grown within a defined area at Auntsfield Estate. Consistent quality and character over many vintages has separated these Single Blocks out as producing our Reserve Wines.

This wine is only made when a selection of traditionally made wine from our steepest hill side exhibits the intensity, complexity, balance and sense of place required to honour the heritage of Auntsfield Estate: Marlborough’s first vineyard and winery.

The Heritage Pinot Noir with its metallic label will impress any Pinot lover and makes a great gift for someone special or a great corporate gift. Get delivered direct to your door. Buy right here.

Auntsfield Estate is the home of Marlborough's first colonial vineyard and winery. The original vineyard was established in 1873 and made highly regarded wine for over 50 years. The dramatic hillside vineyard with its unique variety of soils is again producing premium wines under the guidance of the Cowley family. The proud heritage of the land is the inspiration to produce exciting hand crafted wines of balance and individuality that display the special terrior of this historic Marlborough vineyard.
