Craftsmanship
Limoncino Bottega is produced from an infusion of “Femminello” lemon peels, a variety prized for its thin-grained skin and aromatic richness. Grown naturally in Sicily’s warm, dry climate, the lemons are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. Each is carefully peeled to remove only the golden outer zest, leaving behind the bitter white pith. The peels are infused in alcohol for 30 days, gently extracting their essential oils, aroma and colour. The infusion is then blended with sugar and fine Italian grappa, creating a smooth, balanced and unmistakable liqueur.
