Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum has a smooth, rich and unique character with sweet vanilla, coconut and caramel notes, dry fruits and delicate oak tannins. The result of aging in ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks ensures the extra richness and complexity of the rum.

Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum starts with a blend of pot and column still rums from two Jamaican distilleries: Clarendon and Long Pond. Once the blend has been fully infused with 100% natural ingredients, including Madagascar vanilla pods, Jamaican ginger, and coconut from around the Caribbean, part of the blend is set aside to finish in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, lending even more natural richness and notes of raisin and cocoa.

Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum is a BLEND OF TRADITIONAL RUMS from two legendary distilleries that have defined Jamaican rum for centuries. At their height in the 19th century, Jamaica’s rum distilleries numbered 140 and exported all over the globe. Only six distilleries remain today, each with its own style.
Clarendon and Long Pond continue to proudly represent the diversity of Jamaican rums. Between them, these two legendary production facilities share centuries of savoir-faire in fermentation, pot and column still distillation, blending and ageing techniques.
In operation for over 250 years, Long Pond distillery is renowned for its inimitable, heavy, funky pot still rums, crafted with ancestral methods kept secret throughout its long history.
