Don Papa Baroko is a bold and exuberant expression from the island of Negros in the Philippines, crafted to showcase indulgence, warmth and tropical generosity. Distilled from locally sourced molasses known as “black gold” and aged for several years in American oak, Baroko is blended to highlight ripe vanilla, honeyed sweetness and candied fruit. Rich, approachable and unapologetically expressive, it’s a modern sipping rum with striking presentation and broad gifting appeal.

Tasting Notes & Experience

The nose opens with ripe vanilla pods, candied tropical fruits and a hint of honeyed citrus. On the palate, velvety layers of toffee, vanilla and honey unfold alongside mango, banana and sweet spice. The finish is warm and lingering, marked by toasted oak, caramel and a final flourish of vanilla.
