This El Mayor Anejo is ultra-smooth, mellow, very pleasant and is perfect for sipping. On the nose, caramel aroma with sweet fruit and light oak. On the palate, smooth entry leads to soft, medium-to-full bodied palate with caramel, grilled tropical fruits and brown spices. At the finish, medium body and lightly sweet agave fruit.

Designed for slow, contemplative sipping, our 100% Blue Agave Añejo tequila is aged in white oak barrels for 18 to 36 months to provide a sophisticatedly smooth product.

Heritage of Jalisco

El Mayor’s tequila craft is deeply rooted in the fertile lands of Jalisco. Made exclusively from the finest Weber Blue Agave plants, these sweet succulents flourish in the rocky lowlands at about 7,500 feet above sea level. The mineral-rich sandy soil nurtures the juiciest plants, offering a taste as warm and welcoming as Jalisco itself.
