Hand-harvested fruit is gently processed through Felton Road's gravity-flow winery before wild fermentation and maturation for approximately 13 months in French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered under screw cap, the wine captures the vineyard's purity, texture and exceptional ageing potential.
