An antique bronze spirit offering a bouquet of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, lifted by orange bitters and walnut liqueur. The palate reveals honey-glazed apricot, ripe fig and black cherry, unfolding into angelica and muscovado richness. A long, enveloping finish lingers with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and a touch of dark chocolate.

The return of the 15 Year Old Revival was highly anticipated by whisky enthusiasts after its initial hiatus. While some note subtle differences from the older bottling, the modern version is still widely praised and considered an excellent example of a sherried Highland malt. Its bold and indulgent character has made it a favourite among both connoisseurs and those new to the world of sherry-matured Scotch.
The GlenDronach distillery lies at the Dronach Burn in the Deveron area. The whisky distillery was founded in 1826, by a syndicate headed by James Allardes. Thanks to the fifth Duke of Gordon, distillation throughout the highlands was legalized in the early 19th century. It is said the duke encouraged the group to build GlenDronach. The distillery changed hands in 1852, to Walter Scott of Teaninich. Following his death, a group from Leith acquired the distillery.
