This grappa is born from the legendary Sassicaia estate in Bolgheri, with marc transported from Tenuta San Guido to the Poli family distillery in Veneto. Using traditional discontinuous copper stills, Poli distils the pomace in small batches before ageing it in oak barrels previously used for Sassicaia wine. The result is a spirit of extraordinary finesse that bridges Tuscany’s famed winemaking with Poli’s century-long grappa mastery.
