Grappa di Sassicaia Poli is obtained from the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes previously selected for Sassicaia wine, distilled according to artisanal processes in small batches, using the copper still with discontinuous cycle steam boilers. Grappa ages in 225 litre oak barrels used to refine Sassicaia, from which it inherits that aristocratic aroma that makes it unique.
