Ink Gin is a premium Australian dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including juniper berries, locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. The final ingredient is added in a post-distillation infusion. Its unique colour is derived from the infusion of flower petals of the butterfly pea, turning pink with the addition of Tonic.

Husk Distillers was founded by distiller Paul Messenger and his family in 2012 and has been producing innovative craft spirits ever since. Ink Gin was born in 2015 after three years of development and experimentation.
Nestled in the Tweed Valley on the North Coast of New South Wales, the distillery is set on the family cattle and cane farm. Ten minutes from some of Australia’s best surf beaches and overlooked by Wollumbin (Mt Warning), the distillery is primarily a paddock-to-bottle agricole rum distillery with a focus on sustainable farming and innovative distilling.
