Tasting Notes & Experience

Bright lime and fragrant rosemary lead the nose, underpinned by a savoury, umami depth from wild-harvested kelp. On the palate, crisp citrus and herbaceous lift meet subtle minerality from oyster shells, creating balance and finesse. Crafted in a 1000-litre hand-beaten copper pot still, Sea Lovers Gin is produced using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion in a single-shot process. The spirit is rested for three weeks to allow flavours to marry before being slowly proofed down to bottling strength. This patient approach results in balance, clarity, and a unique maritime profile.
