This exceptional gin is distilled using 14 hand-picked, organic botanicals, such as zesty lemon and orange peel, fragrant elderflower and lavender, delicate olive leaves, almond, liquorice, coriander, and Croatia’s national flower, the exquisite iris. As these botanicals are nurtured on small, family-run farms, each batch tells its own unique story, shaped by the season’s weather and growing conditions.
