DELIVERY TIMES
If you have a preferred delivery date, please include this in the Special Instructions box at checkout and we will do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives on time, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We use trusted national courier companies to deliver our orders directly to you or the recipient, across New Zealand. They usually deliver business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), some couriers may deliver during weekends from time to time.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Given the nature of our gift boxes (containing wines and spirits), all parcels are dispatched with a 'Signature Required'. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a Calling Card, informing the recipient of the missed delivery and how they may arrange a convenient redelivery or redirection.
Prefer a more flexible delivery? Simply let us know your desired instructions such as 'Leave at the front door if no one home' in the Special Instructions box and the courier will leave the package if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.
RURAL ADDRESSES
Deliveries to rural addresses typically take 1-2 business longer than urban deliveries. If you are unsure if the delivery address is rural or not, as a general guide, if the third (3rd) number in the post code post code of the address is either a 7, 8 or 9, it is likely to be a rural address. For example, 0871, 2585, 3180, 4470, 9793, etc. Additionally, if a delivery address includes a Rural Delivery code (RD), such as RD1, RD 8, etc, it is a rural address.
