Tasting Notes & Experience

Aromas of dried fruit, toffee and vanilla drift over baked apple and smooth oak. The palate is rich yet balanced: sweet raisin and sultana unfold with cinnamon, nutmeg, creamy vanilla and a bright thread of citrus. The finish is warming and persistent, with ginger, caramel and lingering oak spice.
